Meca Equipment Summary.

We own and operate:
800 sewing machines, 3 Gerber, wide tables, 20 post molding, 4 pre-molding, 1 laminating, multiple molds, lace cutters & multiple printing, boxing, labeling machines.

Systems:
A company wide ERP system with Multiple T1 lines at a hardened and secure site. All transactions are updated world wide at real time. There is customer interface capability for real time integration with customer's systems worldwide.

Volume:
Meca's current production rate is 90,000 units per week, with an emphasis on bra manufacturing. There is cutting capability in place to easily double the rate. Meca is a certified supplier of JCPenney and Warnaco.

Design Capability:
Meca staffs and operates a complete design room equipped with 7 full time sewers, and full array of equipment. In addition Meca has a complete Tuka Design System, can convert drawings and patterns over the internet from Gerber, Lectra, and multiple other design systems and grade specifically to your specifications.
